    Mr. ZHANG worked in NEC Japan for 3 years, and then joined ZBSD in 2008. He has in-depth  

    understanding of all types of patent cases in electricity field, including drafting, filing, and reexamination. He is knowledgeable about 

    Chinese patent laws and regulations. Also, he is experienced in PCT and international patent matters and has handled over 800 patent 

    applications for leading multinational companies before the Chinese Patent Office.
