Professional Experience

Mr. SHEN practices in all areas of intellectual property law and has over 29 years of IP experience. Before he founded ZBSD in 2003, he had worked in a government IP management department for 10 years. Mr. SHEN is knowledgeable about Chinese patent and trademark laws and regulations, and has a tremendous amount of experience in Chinese IP practice.  More than 3 administrative litigation cases handled by SHEN have been selected as classic cases and included in authoritative books such as Norms of Judicial Practice of Intellectual Property  and Typical Cases Analysis on Judicial Review of Intellectual Property in China after Entering WTO.
