On June 10, 2005, we signed a contract with Founder Group on intellectual property matters, to act as agent on inventions for Founder Group and its subordinate corporations, such as Founder Electronics, Founder Technology, etc..

Founder Group（http://www.founder.com）, a well-known IT enterprise in China, plays an important role in the development of China’s IT industry (In 2004, it achieved revenue of 22 billion yuan.) With a total staff of over 20,000, Founder Group now owns 5 listed public companies on the securities exchanges of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Malaysia and Hong Kong, as well as over 20 wholly-funded companies and joint-ventures both home and abroad. It is one of the first 6 government approved technique innovation units, one of the top 500 large state-owned enterprise groups and one of the 120 large selected pilot enterprise groups.
