In 2005, the Patentee initiated a litigation on patent infringement before the Tianjin Intermediate Court. The Patentee requires the defendant, Weifang Zhongyun Machinery Co., Ltd. (Zhongyun), to stop their manufacturing and pay one million yuan for their lost. Currently, Beijing ZBSD was entrusted by Zhongyun to file an invalidation request before the Patent Reexamination Board of the SIPO.

After the entrust, Beijing ZBSD collected many materials, including the reexamination documents of the patent family in the USPTO and other related documents cited in the prior invalidation case. We believe Zhongyun has a bright future in this invalidation case and will finally win.
