On October 30th 2012, the application of the above patent was rejected by the State Intellectual Property Office on the ground that the said application is against Article 2 in Rule 2 of the Patent Law. From the perspective of the applicant, we are unwilling to give up any application of valuable patents, so we determined to request for review before the Patent Reexamination Board after our internal discussions. During the review, we made a new division of the front section and the feature section of the original claim without adding any features in case the protection scope could be narrowed. Meanwhile, detailed observations were provided by us. In the end, all our hard work deserves the success that the Patent Reexamination Board revoked the rejection on November 29 2013 and the patent certificate was granted on February 26 2014.
