Recently, vice manager of ZBSD, Catherine Liu, has been interviewed by the editor of the column “Star-Level Agents Interview” of China Intellectual Property News.

Catherine has introduced the structure of ZBSD customers, the mode of talent training, working procedures, standardized management and new area exploration including patent exploration, training and consultancy, etc.

ZBSD insists on the service conception of “high quality wins customers and customers are always the top priority.” Until now, there have been 33,000 patent cases and 36,000 trademark cases from home and abroad.
