On April 27, 2023, the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association (BJPAA) announced their evaluation result of patent agencies in 2022. Beijing ZBSD Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd (ZBSD) was awarded an "AAAAA Patent Agency". A total of 13 patent agencies won the title this time.

    BJPAA conducted a comprehensive assessment on all the patent agencies in Beijing according to the assessment standards of the "Specification for the Rating of Patent Agencies (DB11/T 1182-2015)" and scored the patent agencies in 21 indicators in six dimensions of "professionals", "business environment", "rules and regulations", "patent services", "client services" and "others".

    This honor was given to ZBSD by industry insiders in recognition of its excellent work in recent years. ZBSD expressed their deep gratitude to all sectors of society for their attention and recognition.

    Founded in 2003, ZBSD is headquartered in Beijing and has 8 branches in China. At present, ZBSD has over 400 professionals (including nearly 300 patent attorneys/engineers and 5 lawyers). Every year, the patent agency files more than 8,000 patent applications and more than 1,400 PCT international applications in China, and represents more than 1,000 outbound patent applications.
