In March, 2007, Property Law was enacted by the top legislative bureau and carried out from October 1st. This law is paid much attention to by China because it is the first law to provide that public property and private property shall be equally protected.

“China adopts socialist market economy system, which protects the equal legal positions and developing rights of all market entities. Properties of this country, groups, persons and other obliges are legally protected. No infringement from any units and persons will be allowed.”
